Do you provide custom stitching and alterations?
Yes, we offer professional custom stitching services. You can provide your measurements during the ordering process, and our expert tailors will ensure your outfit is crafted to your specific fit.
What is your international shipping policy?
We ship worldwide, including to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Shipping times vary by location, but most international orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our 'Track Order' page to see the real-time status of your delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for non-customized items within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition. Please note that custom-stitched outfits are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
